Hours of Operation:
IT has a Computer Operator (Help Desk) staff member on duty:
- Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 9:15pm
- Friday: 7:30am - 6:15pm
- Saturday: 8:00am - 5:15pm
- Sunday: 12:30pm - 6:15pm
A supervisor is on-call to the operator both in the evenings and on weekends.
Services Offered:
IT offers assistance on computer, printer and any other technology related equipment. We also offer assistance on software and telephones. We assist staff members so they may assist customers who are having problems with accessing CyberMARS or the databases.
How to Request Services:
Please call for assistance from IT at 631-2210 or 2210 if you have a Cisco phone. The help desk staff will try to assist you with solving the problem. If they cannot, they will log a ticket and refer it to a tech. We do our best to resolve your issues as quickly as possible.
