Kay discussed the committee details will appoint a chair (lead) to each committee, have person from a classification regarding the procedure (ref, circ etc.), members from leadership team. Six members per committee, having a pool was discussed (18 people?). A year-round position, rotating the participants. First term is a month? Two groups policy and procedure. The lead will keep Kay informed on changes on the drafts and updates. Will have Six to eight weeks to work on.
