About LuAnn
LuAnn Harrison, Implementation and Training Specialist, with Gale/Cengage Learning holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Texas at Austin.  A former public school teacher, LuAnn joined Gale in 2003 as a print specialist contributing to library markets, and is currently a part of the training team.  You will likely find her conducting on-site training sessions across the western United States geared to K-12, academic, and public library user education and resource implementation.  LuAnn’s approach is to “Pay it forward!” and finds that good staff training translates to good training down the line to learners and patrons, providing benefits for everyone.
