Construction Updates - March 20, 2013

Almonte – From the out cold opening on 2/4 through 2/28, Almonte had 6,926 visits. By comparison CT had 7, 762 and CH had 9,763
Capitol Hill – The 1st contract negotiations with Guernsey is schedule for Friday, 3/22.
Del City – Donna & I met with Del City this past week. They have money in the bank to purchase the land – we just don’t know where yet. But progress was made.
Downtown – Studio Architects toured the library on 3/13 to review leak information in order to begin to draft their proposal on leak assessments at the library.
Edmond – No update.
Jones – We met on 3/15 with Studio and Danelle Wrightson with Dewberry to review furniture layouts and exterior massing schemes. We have returned some comments on the furniture and are expecting Studio to incorporate our comments. I will buy lunch at the Devon cafeteria for the 1st person, excluding those involved in preparing the minutes, to call me at 326-9037. The 50% Design Development Review is due 3/27.
Northwest – We continue to work with OKC on outstanding warranty issues. MLS met with AVL Systems Design at the library on 3/19 to discuss the audio visual system for the meeting rooms.
Southern Oaks – No update.
