Salute: Stacy Schrank

I am sure the Salutes will continue to light up with well wishes for Stacy, and they should. He will be very missed around here, with his infectious smile and ability to light up a room.

About a year ago, I had a meeting set up with Stacy downtown, and took an unfortunate tumble on the sidewalk outside the building. Heidi Port let me sit in her office with an ice pack on my foot, and Stacy came down to meet with me rather than me having to limp up the stairs. Afterwards, he also very graciously pulled my car around the to front door so I wouldn't have to walk on my (very swollen) foot.

Stacy didn't have to do any of that, but the fact that he did speaks volumes as to the type of person that he is. He is so kind and considerate of the people he works with. His new coworkers will be very lucky to have him. Good luck to you, Stacy! We'll miss you very much!
