Salute: Sally Gray

Sally helped me out with one of our members today, who came back to the library after some time away and was unable to use her library card due to a block. I called and spoke with Sally and she was able to reinstate that member and help her start afresh. The member was very grateful and said she and her children were glad to be back in the library.

Way to go Sally! I couldn't have done it without you!
