Salute: Marlene Rice

While going about her every day tasks Marlene keeps the many needs of library departments in mind. She continually sets aside materials that could benefit our "Come Read with Me" sites at the Juvenile Justice Center and Speck Homes. Because of her efforts many teens have a much broader range of materials from which to choose. Some see Marlene as quiet which is true. But to me she's a powerhouse focused on her work and how to positively impact the lives of others.
