Commissioner Gordon is a beloved member of our staff here at BI and it's a shame to see him go. Staff and members all love him; members frequently ask for him by name and make it a point to come in for assistance when he will be here. He is the epitome of both patience and dry wit, tenacious in finding the answer to every conceivable question one could ask, jovial, and a snappy dresser (Ruthie never lets him out of the house looking shabby!). Our staff won't quite be the same with him!

Sorry to hear ... Jim has been a great colleague these past few years -- always providing me with helpful suggestions and advice when I needed it. And when I occasionally stepped a bit afoul, Jim was there to offer some thoughts on how to get back on the path. I have very much appreciated you, Jim, and I will miss you too ... but I hope you will not be far away should we need you!
