A ball of fire, a flash of light, a bullet that speeds past with a whistle. These are accurate descriptions of Patsy. She's an amazing aide that is efficient and organized. Hardly stopping for a moment she's able to breeze through the day not only getting her heavy workload accomplished but adding comic relief that's much appreciated.
