Aaron has worked hard to help bring our online ILL service live to users! Like the other ILL Technicians, he was exposed to the new procedures that I created-- some worked, and some failed loudly, but Aaron never complained. He was the "lucky" beta tester for the new borrowing procedures, so he really got the worst of it. Thanks, Aaron, for all your effort in making this new service available for everyone!
