Chris has always listened to his staff with true empathy, while still maintaining an encouragingly positive outlook on where the system is headed. I've never felt like he wasn't on board with any of the changes we've faced this year, nor that he didn't understand how each employee was effected. Having a supportive manager in a time of change has meant the world at The Community Libraries.
