Salute: Paula Penrod

Paula is confident, positive, and never seems hindered by any challenge. She knows the library policies and procedures inside and out, which is beneficial to customers and colleagues. She is always happy to help in any way she can, and remains positive and self-assured in her dealings with even the most difficult situations or questions. Paula also seems to be energized by changes and learning new things, which is always helpful in any library. I’m so glad to have Paula as a colleague!
