Salute: Brandon Johnston

Brandon has worked hard to help bring our online ILL service live to users! Like the other ILL Technicians, he was exposed to the new procedures that I created-- some worked, and some failed loudly, but Brandon never complained. He figured out how to set up our illiad.help e-mail so that all ILL staff can use it effectively to assist users.
