I want to thank John for his efficiency and expertise in getting items ordered for the extensions. Not only has he answered my questions, but he has made sure our RFP's are handled with lightning speed. Coming from an organization where this process would take weeks or even months, I've been pleasantly surprised at the swiftness with which we are receiving our items, often within a couple days of having submitted the RFP. Thank you John for your expediency and thoroughness. It is very much appreciated.
