Salute: Annie Emmons

I'd like to highlight all of the amazing work Annie has done with the Engagement team during the last month as Belle Isle has been transitioning managers.  She worked tirelessly to accomodate schedules and support programs, all while ensuring that we had the skills and knowledge necessary to implement the new customer service model.  She has gone above and beyond to ensure staff will have the support needed while she is on maternity leave so that nothing falls through the cracks. She truly cares about the Engagement team and our success and bends over backwards to make Belle Isle a fun and stimulating place to work, and a welcoming place for our members.
