I agree wholeheartedly! Greg is such a great help with all things serials! He responds in a very timely manner to any questions I have and fixes problems just as quickly. Thank you, Greg!
Greg is awesome at fixing the glitches not caused by PEBCAK (well maybe those too!)
And he's nice about all the, let's say, operator error mistakes too!
Greg runs just constantly, but always has time for ANY question or concern. We are lucky to have him in the System.
