When I think of collection cultivation, I think of Terrie! She is the go-to person for collection development at our library. If you ever have a question as to what to keep and what to weed, how to market the collection for the customer, if we really need this book on “Russian mimes” etc, you can always ask Terrie! She understands what the people want and how to keep them coming in!
