Salute: Alex Hinton

I would like to salute my colleague and friend Alex Hinton.  We received an email from Del City about having difficulty receiving ILL items.  Even though Alex wasn't working on processing borrowed materials, he immediately looked at our Excel spreadsheets in order to diagnose the issue.  He quickly figured out the problem and set out to correct it (while at the same time fielding a phone call from another branch asking about the same problem!)  I appreciate Alex's commitment and dedication to providing the best service to our customers and our library staff!
