Karen excels as a cultivator by being a terrific organizer and leader, especially with adult programs and collection management. Our customers really enjoy the book club she leads and she deserves a blue ribbon for her ability to quickly evaluate, develop, and weed library collections for the benefit of our customers. Also, she has a knack for helping others to feel like a successful and important part of the team. Karen is continuously encouraging, kind, considerate, and positive.
