Anyone who has kept up with the Weekly Bullets (everyone, of course) will see that Wright is showing some impressive growth for our smallest branch and oldest building. Adam has been hard at work since he was hired to ensure that the Stockyard City community has access to the same quality and quantity of library resources. He has created programs, developed signage, and generally taken the initiative to address anything that has come up at Wright. Whether he is innovating program staples like LEGOnomics, making sure Gamefest has the most popular video game, or ensuring that the available tax documents on the floor are geared towards Wright's community members, Adam is a Metro champion and I'm extremely thankful to call him a colleague.

I would like to further Bobby's submission. Adam has tackled a small, but whole lib. by himself as an half-time employee. He deserves the accommodation for this alone. He is the one who delivers both Access and Engagement. He seems to always be pondering how that he can make WR a more popular lib. He contacts multiple departments to improve WR that has systemic effects and regularly contacts the DN lib. as well. I just think that for a fairly nascent, part-time lib. employee that Adam has surmounted exceptions thru his own initiative.
