Salute: Diane Sharp

Was super impressed with Diane today. I was working on a computer near the reference desk and all the librarians were 'gone' helping other customers. As she walked by, she noticed the customers standing at or near reference and made a point to ask each one whether they had been helped. She continued to help until the librarians returned. Excellent customer service!
