Salute: Abigail Stout

If I could only use one word to describe Abby it would have to be:  ENTHUSIASTIC.  Those who know Abby will agree, she's one of the most positive and enthusiastic individuals we have in our library system. 

I recently had the opportunity to work with Abby at a Saturday community outreach event and was so impressed with her enthusiasm for our library system and the services we provide.   She worked tirelessly communicating with potential and existing customers and was not afraid to sell the library system and our services.  It was so exciting to see her passion, that it made me remember why I went to library school and why I love libraries. 

I'm so glad we are able to experience Abby's joy and most importantly her enthusiasm reminds us why we became librarians.  

Salute Abby!  You're amazing!
