Salute: Sharon Rutz

Our weekly Homework Help program was underway, eager kids were showing up needing help with a variety of subjects, and we didn't have any of our regular volunteers. So I gathered everybody around one table and proceeded to improvise, but Sharon noticed what was going on and volunteered to assist. She was a huge help, and her proactive attitude helped cultivate a successful learning environment.
