Salute: Albert Brown

Albert is a hero for figuring out the AC/heat setup in my office!  After I complained about it being 80+ degrees here, Albert was determined to find out what was going on and to fix it.  It involved climbing up onto the roof of the Service Center multiple times on one of the hottest days so far this year, and a lot of poking around under ceiling tiles, but he found the problem!  It's a weird wiring setup that no one else had discovered, even though we've been in this building for 7.5 years.  Thanks, Albert, for helping me not fry this summer plus explaining how I can be warmer in the winter.  And as a bonus, letting us know that another office in the SC has the same setup!
