I would like to salute Felicia for her hard work in trying to figure out why our workroom printer keeps streaking. They work so hard to come up with a solution. Felicia is always helpful we when need it here at Bethany and when you call the help desk and they anwser. I appreciate everyones help in the IT department as well. I'd like to add my words of compliments regarding Felicia and IT.
It can't be easy trying to understand these technical equipment problems with people like me who call everything a "do-dad" or a "thingy" or a "whatchamacallit"
