Salute: Katherine Casey

Katherine's friendly smile and easygoing attitude, along with her willingness to always help, makes it extra easy for the IT Department to tackle problems with the Service Center sorter machine. Whether she is lending an helping hand holding a tool or flashlight for us, or making sure that we have a plenty of room to work around the problem, without having us even ask in the first place, is wonderful and it is highly appreciated. Katherine is the perfect example of inter-departmental cooperation and support. She make the Technical Processing department really stand out!
