Salute: Brandon Johnston

I want to salute my colleague and coworker Brandon Johnston. One of our patrons submitted an ILL request for a master's thesis that is only held by the University of Oklahoma. They sent us a scanned copy of the thesis (which is over 500 pages long) through Dropbox, which is unusual. Once I let Brandon know what was going on, he immediately logged in to his own Dropbox account to access the document and, as printing is prohibitive (and perhaps in violation of copyright) he tried to attach it to an email, but the file size was too big. He then crafted a personal, very supportive email letter to our patron with detailed instructions on how to access the requested document. All of this was done within 15 minutes of us receiving the email from OU. Great work Brandon in putting our members first and providing excellent and thorough service!
