In the middle of last month's YA author program at Northwest we had a tornado warning. Through all the blaring (sirens), beeping (phones), booming (thunder), and banging (hail), Mary kept everyone informed and calm by continuously checking on the weather situation. The program carried on with minimal disruption, thanks to Mary's updates! Her collaboration with the Northwest staff and great customer service helped make the event a success.
