The Libraries-By-Mail customers are so lucky to have you! I get to be one of the few people to witness (albeit remotely), your dedication not only to the LBM regulars, but also to finding future regulars. You work hard to make sure your customers feel special, and it shows. It makes me happy to see so many familiar names on those outgoing labels. I even named my female cat Ollie, because I had just seen Ollie B.'s name on a label earlier in the day. :)
