Biographical Information:

“When I paint for myself, I like to paint from my travels. French café scenes and landscapes. I do a lot of beach scenes because I go to California every year. When I go to the beach I take pictures of what I love to paint.” Much of Thompson’s work is done by the request of the purchaser. “I do a lot of commissions,” Thompson said. “I sell paintings from my panel, but primarily I do commissions.” Thompson has been painting for more than 25 years.
