Biographical Information: 

Carol Armstrong is a native Oklahoma artist who has been working professionally for almost 30 years. Raised in Prague and a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma, she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts. During her career, Carol has worked as a painting instructor, teaching classes while working professionally as a studio artist. She has lived in Norman for over 26 years raising her two sons, who are both artists as well.

Carol lives by her brush alone working in oil, watercolor and pastel, painting everyday scenes, portraits and still-life's. She is sought after for her artwork as well as her teaching which has a devoted following of students at the Firehouse Art Center. Carol also produces coasters, trivets and clocks made of Botticino Marble printed with Armstrong's watercolor images of various University campuses as well as scenes from the great state of Oklahoma.
