Georgia France McCoy

Georgia France McCoy was a retired social worker, having served as assistant to the secretary of Health, Education and Welfare during the Eisenhower Administration and as supervisor of the distribution of surplus agricultural products in India for the State Department. Mrs. McCoy was the sister of the late Charles France, president of the Library Board and founder of the library's France Room (now Oklahoma Room).
