Hello,

I would like to thank the frontline staff who completed the Microsoft Forms regarding Circ Forum in 2021. Based on the results, Circulation Forum will continue to meet quarterly in 2022.

2022 Circ Forum Representatives

Circulation Forum consists of the Planning Team, one Access Specialist from each library, with the Community Libraries having one representative, and a representative from CIS and IT. Access Managers and Library Managers selected Circ Forum participants for 2022. Library Managers nominated Access Managers to serve on the 2022 Planning Team.

The Planning Team includes Tricia Andrews (PSA), Eric King (ED), Michele Ramsdell (AL), and Carmen Stoneking (CL).

Role of Participants

The role of the participants is to be the voice directly to the Manager of Access and the Planning Team. They are to submit meeting topics after discussing access concerns with their team. They are to take minutes during the meeting and are expected to take the minutes back to their library to share information. If a participant is unable to attend, they are to work with their Access Manager to send a replacement.

Minutes of the Circulation Forum meeting are posted on Intranet by the Manager of Access.

Participants are also to communicate with the team via MS Teams between meetings.

2022 Meetings

The team will meet quarterly in 2022 on February 22, May 24, August 30, and November 29.
