As you may have heard in Kay Bauman’s video update [1], we are proposing revisions to two Human Resources policies, and adding five new human resources policies. Some of these policies were at the request of the Commission, some from legal counsel, and some from an operational need. They will go to the A&P Committee for review next week, but they will not be approved by the full Commission until December 14.
Leadership Team reviewed these policies this week and we encourage you to direct any questions to your supervisor or Leadership Team representative. If you would like to comment on the policies, please do so here, (if you have feedback on the video update format, please comment on the video post).
Some of these policies may go into effect immediately, but others such as Fleet Safety will likely not go into effect for a longer time frame.
