In June, we completed a server migration of the Intranet and ran into several issues on our host’s side.  We postponed our migration until we could complete further testing and to better understand the issues we experienced.   I’m happy to report that we have resolved these issues and are ready to finalize our migration.  This migration it set to complete Sunday, August 13^th at 9pm. 

What to Expect:

• The Intranet will still be available for read-only use remotely.
• No downtime should occur as the intranet propagates online.
• Parts of the back-end will be unavailable – they should be limited to the ability to add new content to the site.   Please do not:
  • Post New Comments
  • Post New Content (No ROCVs, Meeting Minutes, Internal Press Releases, etc.) 
  • Submit Supply Requests
• In the morning of Monday, August 14th, we ask that you restart any browsers that may have been left open and clear your browser cookies and cache (CTRL+F5).   You will then be able to add new comments, content and submit supply requests.
