We have completed the analysis of the staff survey and the summary of findings will be posted on the study intranet [1].
Based on the survey data we have begun the process of identifying core competencies for the library and designing the performance management program. We will be working with the Performance Management Committee [2] and Library Leadership in the coming weeks to share our findings and recommendations and to discuss their input.
