June 2023 - Compliance - FMLA: Leave Rights and Responsibilities (REQ) Launched

The Family and Medical Leave Act was designed to help employees balance work and family. It is important all employees are familiar with their rights and responsibilities under the FMLA. This training includes a downloadable copy of our current FMLA policies for your review, a short video by our legal experts at McAfee & Taft, and a post video knowledge check.

There are two versions of this required System compliance course:

• Non-Supervisors will take FMLA: Leave Rights and Responsibilities: Non-Supervisor (REQ)
  • Approximate time to complete this course: 15(m)
• Supervisors will take FMLA: Leave Rights and Responsibilities: Supervisor (REQ)
  • Approximate time to complete this course: 25(m)

The appropriate course has been assigned on your MetroU Dashboard under "My Required Assignments".
