Youth Services (child brain development, program development, reader's advisory, & social roles of libraries)
Computers and Electronic Resources (general tech, databases, open web evaluation, & internet policies)
Interpersonal Skills (communication styles, leadership styles, customer service, strategies for problem customers)
Current Trends and Legislation (laws impacting libraries, purpose of LSTA, & library trends)
