Learning paths are now available in EduBrite ~ please review the attached document - Learning Path Overview for additional information. Additionally, here is a short video that will help explain.
All MLS Staff must complete one learning path on the new Core Values for the System. Supervisors, managers/leader will work with their staff to identify one learning path. Once a path is agreed upon, each staff member will be responsible for enrolling in the course in EduBrite and completing the training during the performance period (November 2020-October 2021).
Employees that do not successfully complete the required training within the performance period will receive no more than a Needs Improvement rating in the Professional Development competency.
Staff interested in completing additional learning paths for their professional development need to visit and gain approval from their supervisor.
