It’s time for this year’s ODL Reference Transactions Survey. The survey will run from Sunday, August 23 through Saturday, August 29, 2020. Staff only need to keep track of Reference Questions (instead of Reference and Non-Reference). ODL only requires that we submit a count of Reference Questions, and previously Non-Reference Questions were tracked for internal use only.

It is suggested that each staff member submit their own numbers each day at the end of his or her shift using this link. However, if you find it easier for one or several staff members to submit results instead of having each staff member submit their own results individually, your location can designate one or two staff members to coordinate the submission of aggregated results. Attached are the instructions for submitting the survey, as well as a document that helps to explain the difference between Reference and Non-Reference Questions and a tally sheet for each service point.
