HelpNow recently updated to include live assistance for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Live FAFSA tutors will be available Mon-Thu from 1PM-10PM* to help both students and parents with completing the FAFSA application.Tutors will be able to assist users at any stage of the application. 

On the HelpNow homepage [1], you will see a Featured Service section. Upon entering this section, you will be able to connect with a live FAFSA tutor. 

We will promote this new feature of HelpNow to customers in the fall as students and parents start to fill out the application for the 2021-2022 school year.

*note: FAFSA help is available in a slightly different time frame than regular live tutoring which is available every day from 2PM-11PM
