The premier company and industry database, Mergent Intellect [1], has added two new features: a Learning Center [2] and the ability to add financial details to your search criteria.
The Learning Center [2] currently has two sections, Help Guides [3] and How-To Videos [4]. The help guides cover a multitude of topics including searching, building files, and finding reports. There are four how-to videos.
This 2:10 minute video covers searching the Consumer Data [5] module. Customers can use this module to research store locations or make a targeted marketing list.
Intellect’s [1] advanced search [6] is a powerful tool. It allows you to find a companies based on a myriad of criteria. The ability to add financial details is a great help to anyone who, for example, wants to find companies with a particular amount of long term debt in a given year.
