Need to build your tech skills, or just need a refresher? Staff registration is open for a tech training launching Tuesday, Feb. 13 at Bethany Library (other sessions listed below). Staff interested in registering will need supervisor approval. Registration is completed through EduBrite [1]. To review instructions for enrolling use the guide HERE [2].
The training is 1 hour long and will include basic troubleshooting techniques, basic computer skills to assist members and PC reservation. Staff will be trained on how to assist library customers with the self-help technology available in the library including copiers, external devices such as flash drives and other frequent assistance needs.
