The first group of cataloged mass market paperbacks are in processing and will be delivered to libraries shortly, if not already.  The first batches consist mostly of Harlequin titles and board books.  The cataloged titles are eligible for holds.

No new “uncataloged” mass market paperbacks are being added to collections.

Cataloged mass market titles will continue to be added in small batches as Cataloging works to refine procedures to allow these titles to arrive at libraries in the minimum possible time.  By April 10, mass market titles will be cataloged and processed along with all other materials, and in the same order.

Questions are welcome.  Please remember that reclassification issues and suggestions for other series to be evaluated will not be accepted until after August 1.
