Updates on Action Items

1. Teresa Goggins will work on adding the additional text to the Donate Now webpage for a presentation at the next Tech Group Meeting.
1. Status: completed
2. Addition: http://www.metrolibrary.org/mls/donate_oklahoma.html added information on donating to the Oklahoma Collection. Links also  added to the Oklahoma Images and Oklahoma Folklore web pages
2. Deb Willis will report back on the findings from contacting the particular libraries on their use of RSS Feeds.
1. Subcommittee/Task Force formed to get development of RSS feeds underway Guide customers toward Library Elf (www.libraryelf.com) for those  interested. Kim Terry will put information into next ShelfLife to educate staff on this. (Appendix 2)

1. FY2009 project = budgeting for equipment
2. Will include payment option at Express Checkout (both credit card and cash)

1. Short-term plan is to get software set-up so that Candace can enter credit card payments for meeting rooms
2. Ability will move to libraries after new equipment is installed

1. RSS Task Force/Subcommittee will discuss the development of RSS feeds on our website.

3. Teresa Goggins will investigate putting a link to the Reader’s Advisory handouts on the Internet.
4. Jimmy Welch will conduct research to determine the effort that is needed to add a link in CyberMARS to eMedia books.
