How to open a shared mailbox using the Outlook Web App

There are two ways to open a shared mailbox in Office 365 through the Outlook Web App (OWA).

Method #1 (preferred)

The preferred method is to add the shared mailbox to your current Inbox folder list.

Hello everyone. The Office 365 launch date is here.

Passwords

For 95% of you, your initial password will be composed of your first and last initials (uppercase with periods) and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. For example: Walter White's last 4 of his SSN are 2210. His new password is W.W.2210 it's very important to include the two periods after the first and last initial.
