Logistics – Teresa

Envisioning this coming year with possible hybrid in-person/online plans, pre-packs for libraries, limit amount of titles and provide more copies, possible delayed pickup – will talk with In-Library Engagement subcommittee about that decision, many decisions will need to wait until spring.

Staff & Volunteer Engagement – Jessica

Last year’s revised structure and timeline will be repeated, digital training live in April, all online, office hours were not well attended, training plan is being revised, volunteer training is being planned for two potential paths (virtual and virtual plus, will most likely be just virtual) with very structured tasks and a limited number of opportunities at each location.

Internal communications form has been shared out, please use for big system-wide communications, draft of internal communications plan has been created and will incorporate more videos for staff as we already have a lot of written content.
