How to print email messages from the Outlook Web App

We've received a few calls about staff having printing problems when printing email.We've discovered that when printing an email message from the Outlook Web App using Internet Explorer's built-in print function, it will cause the printers to freeze up. Rather than using Internet Explorer's print function, use Outlook's own built-in print function instead.

1. Click the "more" icon that is represented by three dots in the upper-right corner of the email message, and select print from the drop-down list.

2. A new window will pop up with the message formatted in a printer-friendly format. Be sure pop-ups are not being blocked in Internet Explorer or it will not work. Shortly after that a print dialog box will pop up. Select the printer you wish to use andt then click print.
