There are two ways to open a shared mailbox in Office 365 through the Outlook Web App (OWA).

Method #1 (preferred)

The preferred method is to add the shared mailbox to your current Inbox folder list.

We've received a few calls about staff having printing problems when printing email.We've discovered that when printing an email message from the Outlook Web App using Internet Explorer's built-in print function, it will cause the printers to freeze up. Rather than using Internet Explorer's print function, use Outlook's own built-in print function instead.

1. Click the "more" icon that is represented by three dots in the upper-right corner of the email message, and select print from the drop-down list.

Will I lose any of my current email?

No, your email will be migrated over from OneNet's email servers to Office 365's email servers. When you log in for the first time, all of your email you had before will be waiting for you, including all of your folders and any messages you had sorted inside those folders.
