    • The group reviewed the schedule adherence document, specifically noting
      • When timesheets are due and the importance of staff approving their timesheet before supervisors lock them
      • Recommendations on when to release the next month’s schedule to staff
      • Managers have the discretion to schedule for the needs of the library, however some staff obligations require locations to be flexible.
      • AWOL: when to use and when to enter
    • The group reviewed the library leave guidelines document, specifically noting
      • When leave requests should be entered in Paycom
      • How to handle late leave requests
      • How to handle staff trading shifts
      • How to handle holiday leave requests
    • The group reviewed a handful of scenarios.
